When you head back to your light-filled, second-story condo, stop outside to wash off the sand at the convenient outdoor shower. You'll also have a lockable storage area for your beach gear on the ground floor for maximum convenience.

Indulge in a cocktail or meal at the covered dining table on the private veranda. For easy meal prep, utilize the shared charcoal grills outside, or cook something more elaborate in the spacious open kitchen. Enjoy some together-time with your group by gathering for a movie in the living area. Sink into the comfy sofas and stream your choice on the smart TV using the high-speed WiFi. Other creature comforts include central AC and a private washer/dryer.

Streaming services are available on the Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ and others). Guests must use their own accounts.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
