Beach House #2 is an absolutely charming beach condo with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 8. When you walk into this second floor condo, it welcomes you right in with the updated, yet still classic Ocean City Beach House feel. You will enter the home and fall in love with the thoughtful beach decor and open layout of the Living Room Kitchen and Dining Area - make the most of quality time while relaxing in the Air Conditioning together, while never feeling crowded on the Ashley Sleeper sofa and matching Love seat. Whether enjoying the Free WiFi, watching a movie or enjoying a family game night together, this Condo offers the perfect space to make memories year after year. Grab a quick breakfast before hitting the beach or cook a family dinner in, mealtime is a breeze in this open, and well-equipped kitchen! And if you just want to relax and enjoy the Ocean Air, you will love the front patio for an evening cocktail in the Adirondack Chairs or a meal at the Picnic Table.

Bedroom 1 comfortably sleeps 3 with a comfy Queen Bed, as well as Twin Bed. Just down the hall, you will find Bedroom 2 which is home to another Queen and Twin Bunk, comfortably sleeping 3 more. Bedroom 3 is the perfect quiet space for the little ones to relax and get ready for the next fun-filled day in the beautiful built in twin bunk bed. Both bathrooms have been recently updated and offer a stand-up shower in each. For your convenience, there is also a coin-operated laundry room available on the first floor at the back side of the sister Beach House on 10th Street!

Beach House 2 is just a few short blocks from the beach, the Bay and Ocean City’s famous Boardwalk with a wide variety of dining, shopping and amusements for all ages so park the car and leave your worries behind, while you are calling Beach House 2 home, the only thing to do is enjoy the magical times to be had with the ones you love most!!

I’d give it 2.5 stars if I could. For what we needed it for it was adequate. Cleanliness was not great but enough that we didn’t want to leave. The property managers were alerted to an issue with our smoke detectors on Saturday and “put in a ticket”, but by the morning of check out there had not been a resolution. I was also under the impression that a washer/dryer was available in the unit when I booked, but on arrival we were directed to the local coin operated laundromat. Again, adequate, but I don’t think we’ll jump to rebook.

This property was not clean; everything was dusty, and the kitchen needed more cooking pots. The windows do not have any curtains, and I couldn't sleep with the bright lights at night. It is tiny.

Stay was great only issue is lack of parking and it was not enforced to only have permitted cars. We went out to dinner and when we returned the lot was all full causing us to spend time driving around looking for street parking. Cars did not have their permit hanging on the mirror and when I texted management about it they said they would just send a text out. Otherwise location is great and close walk to the beach
