Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole property, excluding the locked garage. Off-street parking for 2 cars is available in the driveway.

Our beautiful local beach is just 1.3km away. Ocean Grove Beach offers family friendly swimming, surfing, and walking a short 7 min drive away, and is patrolled in summer months.
13th Beach offers long beach walks and waves for advanced surfers.
Barwon River caters to fishing, swimming, SUPing, kayaking, and walking the shoreline.
Plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries, breweries around the region.
Adventure Park is a great day out with the kids - just 10 mins drive away.
Getting Around:
Idyllic Ocean Grove is less than 1.5 hour’s drive from Melbourne. Home to magnificent beaches and the Barwon River, this elegant coastal home is located in a premier holiday destination – the perfect base for you to explore all the attractions on the Bellarine Peninsula. Close by, Dawn cafe is the spot for your morning coffee before taking a long walk along the beach. Head east or west along the sandy shores and feel the tremendous sense of freedom on such an unpopulated stretch of coastline. A 3min drive, or easy 800m stroll, to the supermarket and shopping centre plus boating, fishing, playgrounds and sporting precincts are also in the vicinity.
Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks, shops and beaches. On and off-street parking available.
Buses to and from Ocean Grove/ Barwon Heads / Geelong. -Closest train station 24km away (Marshall station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Ocean Grove is 1 hour 20 mins by car from Melbourne.
