"Overall a lovely stay at this property. Rooms on cosy/ small side but fine for couple of nights and it was just me. Rooms warm and everything worked. I was on ground floor along from breakfast room which meant it sometimes got quite noisy with other guests coming in and out. There was in issue with door lock when I arrived but this was fixed very quickly, which I appreciated. "I stayed with my friend here for a 1-night mini getaway in December, in room 11, on the 3rd floor. This was a room with two full/queen size beds. For the most part, everything was wonderful -- the beds were comfortable and the Smart TV provided entertainment options. The only two points that could use improvement: ~ It was not obvious that the room temp could be changed (the thermostat remote was hidden in a drawer), and it was cold that night. "We loved being able to sit on the heated/enclosed porch. We ate our dinner on the porch most nights. The string of Christmas light was a nice touch. When we walked in the whole apartment was cold because the pilots were off. Luckily my husband knew how to turn them on. Other than that the apartment was Very clean! We were glad to have our dog stay with us. "

"This is a little apartment that was clean and tidy. It has only one cushion chair. The location is truly walkable to beach and main street. Great shower. We only had one request and it was answered right away. I gave this a 5 star rating because of the criteria. If you are expecting something upscale this is not your place. It is average. It is not as roomy as the pictures make it look. "
