Nestled between two large gumtrees in a quiet street, Platypus Beach House is set behind a high wooden fence opening onto a spacious front yard.

The floorplan includes downstairs the master bedroom with queen bed, walk in robe and ensuite, powder room, laundry/mudroom including washing machine and drying cupboard, spacious and open plan kitchen with butler’s pantry, dining and living area opening onto a large deck with plenty of space to enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the sunset or a place to dine with BBQ and outdoor setting while the kids run around in the large backyard or be entertained in the cubby house with a slide. Downstairs there is also a second living area overlooking the front yard and gumtrees, a great place to relax with a book.

Kitchen includes oven and microwave oven, a large fridge, 2 dishwashers with plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and kitchen appliances including a Nespresso machine and utensils.

There is off and on street parking available. There will be no access to the garage.

Close to the main beach, river, main street – shops, café, restaurants, playgrounds and parks and a short drive across the river to Barwon Heads, 15 mins to Point Lonsdale/Queenscliff and 25 mins to Geelong.
