Mermaid Manor has just undergone a major refresh - new paint, mattresses, furniture, etc. Boasting five large bedrooms, each with a ceiling fan and their own full bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen and open concept with kitchen, dining room and living room (equipped with a huge smart TV and cable) where everyone can be together and large decks to take in that sea breeze! Main Level:
BR 1 - King and full bathroom, Smart TV with cable.

Kitchen - Fully stocked with everything a family could need for a week at the beach including a Cuisinart drip coffee maker, Keurig, Crockpot, air fryer, blender, pots, plates, and a high chair.
Living Room and Dining Room
Upper Level:
BR 1 - Two sets of bunk beds with trundles (sleeps 6) and full bathroom, Smart TV with cable. Make sure to bring your gaming system for rainy days to hook up to TV and enjoy gaming!
BR 2 - Two queens and full bathroom with a large balcony deck, Smart TV with cable.

Laundry Closet
Stash all your beach gear in the ground level outdoor storage closet. Heavy duty beach wagon, boogie boards, beach chairs, large cooler with wheel, beach mats and more are provided! Enjoy BBQ-ing on the community grills and if you want a change from the beach, cool off in the spacious community pool! Please note, community pools will be open pending beginning of season inspections but cannot guarantee a specific date.

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:
You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.
NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind
NO Pets — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise
NO fire pits or deep fryers permitted on premise
Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)
Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.

Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.
Pool is maintained by the HOA and not Brunswick Vacation Rentals. We do not have any control over when the pool opens seasonally, or if it closes for any reason. We do NOT give refunds if the pool is closed by the HOA for any reason.
*Please note this condo is built on stilts and you have to walk stairs to access the main floor (there is no elevator)*
If your *check in date* is on or between Memorial Day and Labor Day, your cleaning fee does include whole house linen and towel rental fee. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $250 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third party. (Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**
We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
