"The condo is located on one of the nicest pieces of land in the Indian River bay area. A fairly private setting with great bay views and an expansive plot of land with a large swimming pool. The condo itself was well maintained and clean. The floor plan is a bit odd as you enter into one of the bedrooms, and the living room is somewhat small given the 3 bedrooms. Nonetheless, it would be a comfortable fit for a family of 5 or so. One oddity was the lack of a television in the living room, probably because of the lack of space. All in all, a nice place that we would visit again."

"We stayed at this property for 5 nights for our family vacation. Everything was extremely clean upon arrival and just as described. We appreciated using the beach chairs and loved that our two pups could be with us. The pool was nice and we loved the screened in balcony. Thanks so much!"

"The 4 rooms with attached full bathrooms were great for our 4 families of friends. Quick drive to Bethany Beach so we didn’t waste any time getting to our day’s activities. The kitchen was also well stocked for our home cooked meals and BBQ on one night. The garage is also pretty fun. The living and dining area was a bit too small for our entire group of 8 adults though."
