This beautiful oceanfront condo is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom that can accommodate most any group with two kings in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa, 2 queens in the second bedroom and a king bed in the third bedroom. The villa comes complete with high-end kitchen appliances, top quality fixtures, modern furniture and coastal decor. Enjoy watching the waves and dolphins not only from your private beachfront patio, but the living room, kitchen and master bedroom! Located on the most desired part of The Strand in Oceanside, your family will enjoy the easy walk or bike ride to all the new fun local restaurants and activities.

The vacation rental is well located and is an easy walk to local restaurants, ice cream shops, movie theaters and coffee houses. Some of the favorites are Exhale, Local Tap House, Pacific Coast Spirits and Hello Betty. We have two different farmers markets each week you can walk to. Water sports and fishing are from your backyard with boating arranged at the nearby Harbor. For kids, we are about a 10 minute drive to Legoland amusement park, a water park and an aquarium! Location is everything in a water-front rental and you will just love the location of this villa.

This oceanfront building is comprised of 8 pristine condos ideally located along the pristine coastline of San Diego North County. Surf, swim, and walk or jog on the beach. Walk to the longest wooden pier on the west coast for dinner or fishing, and then stroll into the village area of Oceanside to visit its many restaurants and lovely shops. Drive 2 miles to the Harbor and enjoy the excitement of the harbor activities and wildlife. Hop on the Coaster train or Amtrak and you are off to San Clemente or San Diego destinations, each just 30 miles away. If you are a super athlete, Oceanside is the home to the Ironman. Don’t forget to walk by the home where TOP GUN was filmed. The Mission of San Louis Rey, Oceanside Harbor, Carlsbad Flower Fields, Legoland, Del Mar Race Track, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park and much more are within easy striking distance from our beachfront villa.


Oceanside offers an inexpensive and fun electric shuttle for all of our guests! Just download their” Ride Circuit” app and select Oceanside and you will be picked up at your rental and taken to any beach , restaurant or shop in our coastal zone. It makes all the beaches easy to get to without any cars or parking!! When you are ready to return, they can pick you up! $ 6 per carload


City of Oceanside Short Term Rental Good Neighbor Policy STR Guest Responsibilities
The City of Oceanside REQUIRES all guests to agree to follow these rules.

1. Parking. Vehicles shall be parked in garage, driveway, and on-site designated parking spaces whenever possible. Please avoid parking on street if on-site parking is available. No vehicles shall be parked on a designated fire lane nor block or restrict access to adjacent properties. No vehicles over 7 feet high are allowed.
2. Occupancy.
The maximum number of occupants shall be two humans per bedroom plus two additional humans per unit (including children).
A two bedroom home is allowed 6 humans
A three bedroom home is allowed 8 humans
A four bedroom home is allowed 10 humans
A five bedroom home is allowed 12 humans
A six bedroom home is allowed 14 humans
3. Noise.
Any disturbing, excessive, or offensive noises shall be prohibited between the hours of 9 pm and 10am. No music or voices should be heard by neighbors off property at any time. No parties or events are allowed. This is for vacations only.

Spring break trip
We had a lovely time at this property. The views were spectacular. Everyone felt at home here and really enjoyed themselves. If I had any issues would say they should have labeled the broken oven and microwave that looked really nice but did not work. They had another microwave that worked great. However the toaster oven was not the best and made cooking dinner a bit more challenging. There is a trick to get hot water circulating but tip from property maintenance person helped fix the issue. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would come here again.

Family yearly trip
This is our 8th year in the same Villas in Oceanside. We love the location and the units. Every year has been wonderful and we look forward to returning. It’s within walking distance to everything we could ever need. Even a Catholic Church for Sunday mass. Couldn’t ask for more when you are able to have enough room for the entire family. ❤️

Everything was just as the photos showed. The beach was a little rocky for the littles but just walked up to the right for a sandy beach! Would definitely recommend this place to others. We enjoyed our stay and wish we would have reserved for longer. Thank you!

Beachfront Bliss
My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo on the beach. It is fully equipped with all needed amenities and the layout was perfect for our group. Although no complaints, the unit could use some enhancements and repairs. Also the doors to the balcony were not easy to secure and it would have been useful to use an elevator as some family members had health issues. Regardless, we will absolutely book again.

Great location, beautiful rental with high end everything! Well-appointed kitchen! The space is enormous—pictures do not do it justice! Hearing the ocean at night put me to sleep! Having coffee on the balcony each morning was fantastic. You cannot get closer to these stunning crashing waves —you literally are on the shore!

This rental was a beautiful property, fully equipped, clean as a whistle. Kitchen was fully stocked, couch super comfortable. Would have given it 5 stars but there was no strainer in the sink, the master bath shower was a trickle, the bathtub spout leaked pretty bad and the Wi-Fi router needs an upgrade. If you can overlook those things, the property was absolutely perfect.

Beautiful view, but loud & timed hot showers
The view was beautiful but we couldn’t enjoy much because neighbors were smoking marijuana most of the peak times. Was able to get some view time of the ocean but consistant traffic during the day with loud music from cars. The house as beautifully decorated and stocked with needed items. But the doors to the patio were hard to open and close. The worst was all showers had be turned on for a long time prior to getting in to scolding hot water for a few minutes, then to cold water. If you can keep your showers quick , it may work. Beautiful family area for space and gathering. Garage led right to rental and was very convenient. For the price of each night thought would have been alittle more luxurious and better experience.

Relaxing and upscale!
We stayed for four days and had a wonderful time. The condo is spacious and decorated with high quality appliances and furniture. Coming from a hospitality back ground I found the unit to be clean and well taken care of. The patio has nice relaxing furniture and looks directly out at the ocean. We saw a pod of dolphins swim bye a could of times. The location is an easy walk to nearby restaurants and shops. As we walked around I felt like this condo was definitely on the higher end compared to others along the strip.

Amazing Ocean View
This rental is top notch. This was a family vacation that did not disappoint. In fact we loved it so much we added an extra night. Everything exceeded my expectations from cleanliness to the outstanding view. The location is walking distance to the pier, restaurants and stores. There were 3 couples and everyone had their own space. The property management was very quick to respond (had minor questions) and check in and out was easy. Was nice to have 2 assigned parking spaces, in a garage with no space issues. The kitchen had more supplies than I have! We had a great time.

Great beach vacation
The property was in a great location, across a narrow street to the beach so that you could hear the waves which was very nice. The neighborhood was great and close to the pier and within about a 10 minute walk to many restaurants. The property was beautiful and nicely decorated and very comfortable. Basic shampoo and soap and hair dryers were provided which was convenient. The kitchen had all the pots and small kitchen appliances that you might need. It was cool when we were there but the gas fireplace made it cozy and there were space heaters available. Would definitely recommend to any men looking for a nice beach rental.

Great condo and great location!
Great property and great location. Right on the coast so great view. Technically, you could swim by walking out the front door and walking 30 feet to the ocean but it’s too rocky. Best to walk about 2/3 mins to the designated beach area where the pier is located. This place was just as nice as the pics. The only problem we had was the master shower had weak water pressure and sometimes only had cold water. However, there are 2 other showers so not a big deal to use the other showers. I actually just used the master shower the whole time still since didn’t mind. Overall, exceeded our expectations and was perfect family beach vacation.

Girls trip
We had a lovely stay. There are a few things that need to be fixed. The hot water does not automatically come on. Had to ask about what to do. Glass door in front bedroom didn’t open. A man I contacted came and fixed it. And the middle bedroom has loose door jam. It’s falling apart. I know these are minor things but just wanted you to know. Overall it’s a fantastic house. We thank you. Chris. P.S. dealing with property mangers is wonderful. Very helpful.
