RESORT CREDITS ARE A SCAM - To start, my fiance and I enjoyed our stay until the last day. Food was very good, rooms were clean, servers and bar tenders were great. All this a side, the lack of accountability the resort had on a mistake they made is insane. Prior to our trip, we booked a excursion with the app in order to get the date and time secured ahead of time. As when we booked we had 370 USD credits to use on excursions. When checking in, we were greeted by guest services who confirmed that our excursion was booked AND that the credits would be applied to the total (400 usd). We had to pay 30 usd out of pocket. A week later when we checked out, to our surprise we had a bill of 400 USD. They said that the credits arent applied to the excursion and that we had to pay out of pocket. We insisted that guest services confirmed that the credits would cover it. After talking to the front desk, they confirmed that we were told incorrect information and that they would send us to another department. That department told us to go back to front desk and that they had to fix the issue. After going back and forth for hours, we went to the PR team, who said they would help. Of course they did not help, and said they couldnt help as we were leaving in 10 minutes to the airport. We ended up 400 USD and no Resort credits were used. At the end they said, that specific excursion wasnt covered and that our credits were for spa and some excursions. Instead of telling us prior to everythin

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had a good variety and quantity of food. The bellhop staff should be trained to be more professional even amongst themselves when in earshot of guests. I didn’t need to know information about paternity testing and child support while I waited.

I’ve been to my fair share of all-inclusive resorts, but Moon Palace has officially set the bar. It was, without a doubt, the best resort I’ve ever stayed at. The dining options were so vast, you could travel the world without leaving the resort — and still get a taste of Jamaica, of course! My absolute favorite was Momo Teppanyaki. It was sizzling, it was delicious, and let’s just say the chef’s knife skills were the real entertainment. The staff? Impeccable. The parking crew could probably park a spaceship with how efficient they were. And don’t even get me started on the 24/7 bar and café – because who doesn’t need a midnight snack (or drink)? Now, traveling with three kids, including a 2-month-old infant, I was bracing myself for chaos. But instead, we felt right at home. The kids were in heaven with the beach party, the fire show, and the water sports — they were living their best lives, and the baby was just chillin’ like, “Yeah, I’m just here for the vibes.” The resort also offers $500 in credits per room, which you can use for spa treatments or gifts. I think I used mine to get some well-deserved R&R... or maybe I just used it to buy more mojitos, who’s counting? Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and I’d definitely love to return. Moon Palace? Yeh man, for sure – next time, I’m bringing a bigger suitcase for all the swag I’ll be taking home!

As someone who works for one of the most recognizable and known top of the line hotels in the world, i know what luxury and good service looks like. Once you drive into the property you're greeted by beautiful landscaping, then once you walk into the front door you're greeted with a stunning view of the ocean and a beautiful lobby. The bellman are top notch. (Akeem delivered my bags to the room). Rasan and Nicole from the front desk were awesome and extremely helpful. The chef at the jerk hut had a amazing personality, i forgot to get her name but she was short. As a Jamaican, i also know that the buffet food at most all inclusives are usually mediocre, but that's not the case with Moon Palace. Shenoya, Ann-Marie and Giovanni at the buffet were very attentive and helpful. Mr Howard along with the rest of the spa staff were great. The staff at the playroom were friendly and always remembered my daughters name. The beach party was a great time. Michael Jackson impersonator was AWESOME. My 3y/o daughter was always playing with the phone having what i thought was imaginary conversations, until about 2 days in i heard a voice talking back to her, it was Novia the operator, who then graciously enlightened me to the fact that those imaginary conversations were not so imaginary lol. She was incredibly gracious and didn't seem annoyed with the fact that my daughter was calling repeatedly without my knowledge. LOVED THE PROPERTY AND ALL THE AMENITIES! EAT SUNDECK PIZZ
