"Good sized accommodation and amenities with a nice outdoor space. We visited during August and the pool was a big hit, particularly with the grandchildren. The house was in a good location for walks and exploring the vicinity. Great communication with host and it lovely to meet Maria and her husband who were delightful and shared lots of tips for the best places to visit."

"Julian's property is a 3 level townhouse on the edge of a lovely old town Viana. Very convenient for touring around the various wineries of Rioja. Comfortable house with all usual facilities and a pleasant garden to sit out in. Although lacking a kettle on arrival, Julian delivered one very quickly which was appreciated. I would suggest that a map or written notes on the precise location of the property would be welcome for new arrivals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Julian was most helpful...

"Our host was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The village was small and quiet, but near enough to larger communities to access grocery needs and such. We needed a few days to stop and rest ... this was exactly what we neeeded. There was a nice living room inside and a really nice covered patio to relax outside. Great!"

"The lovely apartment we rented for 11 days in Fuenmayor La Rioja, Spain was great. The apartment was spacious, nicely kept with all that a person could ask for. The hotel is has all mod cons - charging points, nespresso machine, turndown service etc. Probably the best shower I have had in a hotel for a very long time. A great breakfast was also offered in the morning, with a buffet and some a la carte options. The only slight negative was a slight drainy smell at times from the bathroom sink. "
