"Better than any other mainstream hotel I have been at in america or the EU. The rooms are clean and look to be recently refreshed. A few quirks to the design of the hotel bathrooms, but par for the course in europe. One odd thing is my room had a queen and a sofa with a built in bed.. Which had been pulled out and made up. Not a big deal but not neccessary. Staff were amazing and easy going. Bar staff was also very attentive. My go to if I am in Southampton for sure"

"Very convenient hotel and great price, stayed here twice, quick and easy check in, breakfast which is incudes is brilliant and its very close to the town centre/train station/West Quay. More ideal for people who needed a night stay before a cruise ship tour. Will definitely stay here again if i needed to stay here again."

"Superb room for us as a family of four. Our toddler girls loved having their own little room, which was joined to ours via a small lounge area. Comfy beds, and a really tasty breakie. I'm recommending the hotel (and room, specifically), to all our friends visiting the New Forest or Peppa Pig world. "
