I chose this hotel because I thought it would be first class amenities, but I was disappointed.
No one was at the front desk at both check in time and check out time.
There was food available, but there was no complimentary breakfast. The food we ordered was cold by the time it was brought out. The entire lobby and dining area was just plain cold.
In the rooms, there were not enough electrical sockets for two people. With electronic devices, phones, hearing aids and C-pap machines, there were just not enough. The electric sockets that were available were so loose, that the cord slipped out overnight. It was annoying to wake up in the morning and phones were not charged.
The toilet lids were cheap plastic and slid around. Also the toilet did not flush even with multiple violent flushes.
The sink was slow to drain, typical of third-class motels, not first-class hotels.
The heating system did not work right. We turned down the thermostat for overnight, and the system kept kicking out heat. We had to turn it off, but then it got too cold, and no extra blankets were available in the room. We were told that management was aware of this and would be replacing the system.
