Very friendly staff and clean property. The indoor pool was warm and we also used the outside hot tub. Both areas were clean. There were a limited number of TV stations.

The property is very well maintained and managed. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. We very much appreciated the maintenance man who was very helpful and informative about area and resort. The view of the marsh is beautiful and the location is super convenient for fine dining , shopping and entertainment. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!

The property is just outside of the town of Oginquit, but we don't have to worry about all that traffic. Cute area with a beautiful marsh view right from the porch walkway.

Mark the Inn Keeper was fantastic. He was personable, caring, and friendly. The breakfasts were wonderful. He made homemade muffins and popovers. There were also fresh fruits and hard boiled eggs. The coffee was delicious as well. We highly recommend staying here.

Had a great two night stay here. Staff was wonderful and room was very clean. Two very small things: 1-the faucet in the shower was backwards (Hot was Cold; Cold was Hot) - could have been dangerous if we didn't realize it; 2 - TV is small and had substantial static. However, we had a wonderful stay! Will definitely return.

Noise level with other guests was terrible. tried to call and complain, office was closed by 8p. Noise went on unattended until almost 4a. spoke to hotel staff the next morning it was like: Oh well, sorry.........
