"Very nice place for vacation, clean and spacious. It’s raining so we couldn’t enjoy in balcony. Also very nice bath tub! Very good maintenance, things like new."

The host left a very helpful instructional booklet describing how to use all of the amenities, and even instructions on how to best prepare the food. "施設がとても綺麗で快適でした。何人か虫が苦手なのでどんな虫がいるのかと不安でしたが蚊だけでよかったです。台風が近づいている中行ったので、到着時に大雨でしたが玄関ロックを開けてくださり、駐車場も案内していただいて親切でした。部屋のあちこちに騒音の注意が貼ってあり、どの程度なら平気かわからないので、いつクレームが来るかとドキドキしながら過ごしました。それ以外はとっても良かったです。"

"Hygiene of this property was horrible! The property was full of insects and dirt. Bugs and spiders were everywhere - on dining table, on floor, on wall and even on the bed - literally a bug house! We were scared by a giant spider on the bed. It is beyond a normal hygiene problem but constitutes a safety concern for residents. Nevertheless, most terrifying and disappointing thing is the attitude and response of the property manager. We tried to contact the owner and asked for cleaning the dead...

"This hotel was excellent - fantastic and helpful service, very clean both in the rooms and in the common areas, great food, serene atmosphere, and generously sized rooms. Our room had a balcony with a private onsen, which was absolutely worth the splurge. The view was beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfy the futons were when we slept. The location was convenient to the bus lines but still so peaceful and quiet. 10/10 stars, without hesitation. I would love to come back!"
