"On checking-in, around 4pm, we were kept waiting around 5-10mins, ringing a bell that was never answered (even though we could hear it ringing). Just as we were writing a message online to enquire about the check-in, someone finally answered the door. They charged us double the amount they were supposed to and closed the door in our faces, then pretended it was a calculation error when challenged. "I booked the property through expedia. On day we were to arrive the property told us that they did not have our reservation and were fully booked. Then when going through Expedia for a refund I was told the property was not giving one? Not sure how you took my money but don't work with Expedia and have no rooms available? Called the property multiple times with no answer for any type of clarification, all done through Expedia messages. Horrible experience and had to book elsewhere "
