"Property appeared to be newly renovated. Lovely apartment within easy walking distance to main square and many restaurants. Kitchen facilities in apartment were minimal, but we did not prepare any of our meals, so that was not an issue for us. "A wonderful run family hotel. Spotlessly clean. Very friendly. Jacuzzi in the room. Good breakfast with all you can eat. Would definately stay there again if I returned to Ohrid. Checkout was 10am, but for some reason I thought it was 11am. I was taking my time and could see everyone leaving. I pointed I thought it was 11am. No problem they said. I checked out about 10.25am. Super place. Comfy bed too. Piping hot water."

"On checking-in, around 4pm, we were kept waiting around 5-10mins, ringing a bell that was never answered (even though we could hear it ringing).
