For dining, since we didn't have a reservation, we had to wait 45min to be seated, because there were not any other dining option open at the hotel; For a 5 star "luxury" hotel, we expected for hotel guests to have priority over outside guests or at least for the hotel to have bigger restaurants. The other restaurant was a pub. The food was above average. For breakfast, the bacon I ordered was dry and probably sitting in the kitchen for a bit.

Food service very slow. 15 min just to get coffee in the am. Property super outdated. Lipstick makeover. Public bathrooms not the cleaniest. Phones in room didnt work so Couldnt order room service. Shuttler service customer service wasnt that nice.

Beautiful property, gorgeous grounds - you feel immersed in nature. Pools are lovely, as is the dining. Very family friendly, which is great if you have kids, but good to know if you don't have kids and want a peaceful getaway.
