"Great affordable hotel right on the beach, amazing views, and a heated pool. My kids had a blast and that made things better for me and my husband. "

"Front desk personnel were very accommodating and friendly. Room was very clean . Bed was comfortable. Although breakfast was not free , it was great restaurant quality with a variety of food , fruits , and juices. We had chosen the breakfast option when booking , so didn't have to pay the standard breakfast price. Some other guests used the $25 daily food and beverage allowance to pay for their breakfast . Downside is housekeeping only every other day . Some remodeling going on , which didn't bother us. Road work near hotel made for traffic congestion at entrance and exit of hotel but this should ease after bridge work is complete. I would definitely stay here again. . ."

"Unit is right at the top of the stairs. Very convenient. Nice decor, but wished for a clock in the bedroom. Parking at the Palms is a little difficult because of the slope. Less crowded beach with less units at the Palms. "
