"Overall very happy with my stay. I have to start by saying staff is great! Room is clean, property is well maintained. That is definitely the first two things I consider when doing reviews. 2 things in my opinion that would give it 5’s overall in all categories. "This was a great hotel right next to the beach. The prices were very reasonable for an off-season stay. Every room had a patio or balcony. There are only a few sea view rooms so that’s something to keep in mind. The hotel is old on the outside, but recently renovated inside. The staff were wonderful and helpful. "

"Having stayed at Waterscape numerous times, my wife was initially disappointed that private beach chair service was not included. Although the listing made that clear, she apparently overlooked that detail since it was always included in past bookings. This was a BIG deal since the service charges $50/day and she planned on being on the beach every day of the week. Nevertheless, the chairs supplied turned out to be quite nice -- plus had the added advantage of placing them anywhere we liked. ...

"The location was fantastic! The pools and beach were amazing and just outside the doors - so convenient! My 3 year old granddaughter was with us and it couldn't have been more perfect. Finding a condo with 2 king suites is so hard. The condo had everything we needed. A few things could be upgraded. YES, the beds are really creaky, but comfy. The outdoor furniture could be upgraded but we could see great from the patio, and the beach chairs are old and heavy, so we just didn't use them. ...

"We love staying in this unit! Laundry and elevator are located steps away for convenience. The balcony has a great view of the pool/ocean and the unit is plenty large for my family of five. The owner is always quick to respond and checks in with us at the beginning and end of our stay which I greatly appreciate."
