A comfortable, air-conditioned room with great facilities including a washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker, desk space, fairly large unit bathroom with shower including adjustable heat setting. The lobby was manned only for limited hours but direct messages before arriving ensured a smooth check-in, and for check-out just a key drop-off.

20時を過ぎるとチェックインできないなどわからない。20:30に入り口に書いてある連絡先に何度も連絡して、やっと繋がって、今から巡回している担当が行くので20分はかかるとのこと。21:00まで入り口で立って待っていた。 その後、駐車場が空いてなかった。どうしたらいいかを聞いたら、自分で考えてくださいと言われた。こんな対応をされたのは初めて。二度と使わない。

部屋は、シーツ変えたあるだけで、掃除はしてない髪の毛は落ちてるし、蚊がとんでた。 髪の毛は、床だけじゃなくお風呂キッチン冷蔵庫にもあった。 タオルは、置いてある所から取って行くシステムなのですけど、枚数ないのか、遅くに帰るともう無い日ありました。 駐車場は、決められた番号の所に他の車が停まってて緊急の所に電話したら、パトロールの時みて、連絡するで連絡ない日が、三日間ありました。（6泊中） 廊下に宿泊人のゴミ出してあるのが、三日間置いたままでした。最後の日に見たときまだありました。各階見たけど全階おなじくありました。 来月も予約してあったのですけど、値段高いうえにこれなら、ホテルか他のアパートメントに変えようかとおもってます。

最悪でした

非常に寒い日で早くチェックインしたかったのに、まず何度インターホンでフロントを呼び出しても応答しない。フロントが開けてくれないと建物の中にも入れないタイプなのに、駐車場で震えながら結構待ちました。最終的に自己判断で電話してやっと降りてくるとのこと。 明らかにイレギュラーな呼び出し方にも関わらず、申し訳なさそうなそぶりもなく待たせたことをろくに謝罪もしない。 車で来たのか確認され、来たと答えると本日は満車ですと一言。駐車場は三台くらい空いていて、停めていることを説明するも満車ですの一点張りでそれ以上なんの説明もなく押し問答。 要領を得なかったので、とにかくチェックインを進めるよう言って話を終わらせました。 恐らく、第二駐車場がなくなったと張り紙があったので、その関係で客室に対して駐車場が少ない状態になっているようです。私がチェックインした時には既に連泊客や先にチェックインした客で埋まっていたんだと思います。たまたま他の方が外出中で停められたみたいです。 それをまず説明するべき。 那覇みたいにコインパーキングがあちこちに点在している様な立地でもないのに、チェックイン時に初めて停められないと言われても困る。 満車になることなんて予測できるだろうに、一番近くのパーキングを案内するとか用意もなく。今までにも同じ思いをされた方いたのでは？ 予約サイトにも事前に駐車場について電話で問い合わせ必須にするとか、停めれない恐れがある事を特記しておくべき。 コインパーキングを探さずに済む、駐車場付きだからこの施設を選んでいたので、キャンセル無料なら帰りたいくらい不愉快でした。客室は特に問題なかったので、気持ち評価を上げましたが楽しい気分を台無しにされました。 車で利用する予定の方はお気をつけ下さい。
