"Amazing hotel! Staffs were extremely helpful to book us restaurants, transfers etc. very attentive and friendly. The hotel shares the facilities with the sisters hotel next door, which is convenient for one that doesn’t want to drive."
"The property was nice. The pictures of the property make it look like it is a beach front property, but that is not the case. You can walk to the beach, but note that the hotel does not provide any beach amenities, i.e., beach chairs or umbrella. The hotel pools are very nice. We were disappointed to find that the weight machine in the fitness room was out of order. Overall, nice property. The staff was super friendly and helpful."
"Beautiful grounds, pools, views beyond compare. Nice shops with lots to look at. Great buffet breakfast. The service was absolutely amazing. I would definitely go back."

Great disposition from everyone, despite the significant language limitations for most. Amazing and excellent YUI, who served us every night at the restaurant with fantastic kindness and willingness. A few minor cons - there was quite a significant wait for the buffet breakfast every morning, there was a ticket system and you were called in order but most mornings we waited 15-20 minutes to enter the dining room, which is not something we have ever experienced in other hotel stays. "Overall bad experience, three-star hotel at most. The hotel is old, facilities not quite clean. Our pillows have a dirty feet smell, very unpleasant. Even after we asked them to change the pillows, the next day, there is another dirty feet smell pillow!!! Food is not good either. The only ok restaurant is the Four Season one and the Japanese restaurant. But not all restaurants open all the time. Staff is not as friendly to foreigners as to Japanese . Limited English speaking staff"
