● Location: There are two units on this property. Unit A is located at the front.
● Parking: Kindly park on the right side of the driveway, as it can accommodate up to two cars. Please refrain from parking on the left side.
● Backyard: There is no backyard.
● Climate Control: The property features a central HVAC system managed by the owner, set at 70 degrees. For temperature adjustments, kindly reach out to us.
● Laundry: Laundry facilities are not available on this property.
● Noise Potential: Please be mindful of noise levels, especially after 10:00 PM. Given the proximity of bedrooms in adjacent units, kindly take extra care to keep noise to a minimum in these areas.

Winter notification:
Keep Doors Closed: During colder months, outdoor critters like cats and mice may try to enter if doors are left open. Please close all doors when not in use to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the house.
Hot Water Usage: The house is equipped with a hot water tank. To ensure everyone has enough hot water, we recommend rotating turns for showers and spacing them out to allow the tanks time to refill and reheat.

Budget Airbnb Stay: Clean, cozy 1-bedroom or studio with a private entrance, bathroom, and small kitchen for $40-$60 per night—cheaper than a motel. Please note, it's an older property without a full kitchen or oven, and we don't offer luxury extras like wine, airport pickup, or high-end amenities.
