The elevator was stuck most of the few days I stayed. They have a woman at the front desk who shouldn’t be there because she doesn’t know what she’s doing whatsoever. The rest of the staff was nice and helpful but she was awful

I made accommodations for an uncommon check in time, ensured that the accommodations were confirmed. The day of the check in not only were the accommodations unmet I was told in the most uncaring why (not an exact quote) “ too bad go figure it out “. And was without a room for hours and hours.

Hotel is very new, so rooms are nice but water pressure is practically nonexistent. Had trouble getting the water hot on Saturday night. Hotel is very busy and full so lots of noise inside and outside since it also sits right next to highway.

The hotel was pleasing & clean. The price thru Trivago was a good deal. The staff was friendly. The room was spacious & clean. The bathroom was spacious & clean. The only con was the shower head was set on a massage setting that was difficult to change, the shampoo & conditioner was in the way & the shower curtain wasn’t long enough. The hot tub was relaxing after a long day of travel. All in all, our stay was nice. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice economical stay over.

Had issues checking in. Heads up if you are using a credit card in someone else's name you will need that person to fill out an authorization form prior to check-in. This little unspoken detail almost ruined our trip, but thankfully after an hour of back and forth we were finally able to check-in. And they upgraded our room for the troubles.
