We had to book the hotel last minute and the front desk was great and very kind! They made our booking and boarding a breeze and they were very helpful with any questions or problems we had. Our only problem was with vallet. When we went down later that evening to ask the vallet worker for our car back, she gave us an attitude and argued with us about going back upstairs and making a ticket to get it back. When she finally went out to get it, she told us to wait there in the hotel. When she got back she walked right past us without saying anything, we had to go catch her to see where it was. When I got to my car, she had left it on with the key inside, drivers door wide open and passenger door wide open. Now mind you, this is a good part of oklahoma city, but OKC is known for how bad crime is there. It was nighttime and my car was left wide open, on, and alone. It couldve easily been stolen. I tried to let it slide, but this was infuriating and very unprofessional. Other than this, the rest of the staff was very professional and kind. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view was gorgeous!

Terrible experience. When I checked in, I was told to swipe my card in case of incidentals. AFTER swiping my card, I was then told that I was being charged $23 for incidentals “but it’s okay because it covers parking.” So at a loss of what to do, I parked my car in their parking garage. When I came back in, I asked if I would be refunded my incidentals fee after my stay, per usual. I was told no because I “chose to park in their parking garage” and “if I had self-parked elsewhere, then I would not be charged.” This was annoying enough, but once I got into my room, the box spring was broken on half of my bed -making it sink in on one side pretty badly. We were exhausted and didn’t want to deal with the staff again that night, so I just propped up that half on the frame and we mostly slept on the supported side. When I went to check out the next morning, I brought up the bed issue and was told “oh I am sorry you had an unfortunate experience.” It was then that I saw a sign (conveniently only placed at the check OUT register and not the check IN one) that said that an additional $150 compulsory pet cleaning fee would be charged for any pets. The “generously” “only charged me $75” though because “I only had one pet and was staying for one night.” I mentioned that this fee was mentioned nowhere on Expedia -where I booked. And the guy said “oh no, well it probably should have said that. We try to check the sites for accuracy.” Terrible experience. And they did little to fix it.

I liked that it was nearby some of the major restaurants and parks in downtown OKC. The fact everything was walkable and safe as long as you started from the hotel made the trip really memorable as I didn't have to stress over transportation or if I would get lost. Would love to come back next year for the next convention!

The traffic noise from our room was horrible. I paid extra for a balcony room, and completely regretted it. It may have been slightly less noisy on the other side facing paycom. The room was also one of the smallest rooms I have ever stayed in.
