● Climate Control: The property features a central HVAC system managed by the owner, set at 70 degrees. For temperature adjustments, kindly reach out to us.
● Noise Potential: Please be mindful of noise levels, especially after 10:00 PM. Given the proximity of bedrooms in adjacent units, kindly take extra care to keep noise to a minimum in these areas.
