Summary:
Fully remodeled and professionally designed custom home in the heart of OKC. Just north of downtown and within 10-15 minutes of anything you need in the OKC core, this home will blow you away with its spacious floor plan, quality of the furniture and decor, the central location, and ample parking. This home was designed for a couple who wants a luxurious space or a family who needs a lot of beds! We would love to host you!

The Space:
The home is full stocked with everything you need! We are proud to say we have a fully stocked kitchen, a king suite, a queen suite, a sleeper sofa, and 2 more queens upstairs with another sleeper sofa. Multiple flat screen TV's, with Netflix subscribed, and large front porch with a rooftop deck being finished right now to be available sometime in Nov!

Guest Access:
The guests have excusive touchless access to the entire property.

The Neighborhood:
Inside you'll find a complete list of all of our favorite places to go for food, cocktails, coffee and more.

We are a short 5 minute walk from an amazing Guatemalan restaurant called Cafe Kacao that we love to go to for breakfast!

We are close to OCU, the state Capital, the Boathouse District, Wheeler Park, the Plaza District, the Paseo District, Midtown, Uptown, Downtown and more.

If you like to go for walks or on runs we suggest Edgemere Park, Myriad Botanical Gardens, or Scissortail Park. There is also Memorial Park, which is directly across Classen from us (3 blocks), that has good trails for short walks or runs as well as tennis and basketball courts.

Getting Around:
While OKC isn't the most walkable city, almost everything is just a short Lyft ride away. We also have Lime and Bird Scooters as well as "Spokies," rentable bicycles, that make getting around easy!

Other Things to Note:
Oklahoma weather can be severe with high winds and hail, especially May-August. We do our best to keep our guests aware of any weather that we know about but we encourage you to download a radar app to keep yourself weather aware.

Not a clean house!
The neighborhood is not very well lit and looks to be in the rougher part of the city. We were disappointed to see the house not very clean. In fact, we had to do an immediate store-run to buy cleaning supplies. The ceiling in the kitchen had some nasty splash marks, that our friend had to clean it up. Shared the pictures with the manager, but to no proper solutions. Vrbo needs to pay me back for the cleaning that we did after the arrival.

This home was very nice and super clean. Pictures were pretty accurate. Loved that it had 3 bathrooms as well. And every bedroom is far enough apart that you have a lot of privacy. We would absolutely stay there again.

We loved the outside balcony. The access to get in through the back. The batteries on the alarm needed to be changed but it wasn’t a huge issue. We had everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable. Everyone slept great after the Drake and jcole concert. We slept so good we almost overslept past check out time. If we ever go back to Oklahoma we will want to stay here.

Girls trip to see the Safari of Lights
Pictures don’t do this house justice. Beautiful, light, and clean. The location was perfect for us to go to the OKC Zoo too! Also close to lots of great restaurants. The property owner was easy to get a hold of and made sure everything was convenient for us. Would absolutely recommend & will use again if we need a place in the City.

Great for my 23rd Birthday Party!
The owners were so chill about the check in and check out process. The house was bigger than expected, we had plenty of clean beds, and there was a beautiful outdoor deck. Overall, it was great for what we needed. Everyone was able to find it easily. I just wish that there was a place to take out the trash so I could be courteous to the host:)

Cute, clean house on a rough-looking block. Spacious home and great beds, but there’s definitely not enough beds for 13 guests as listing says. Eleven is max. Could use a little TLC, like a couple broken cabinets, and yard needs serious attention. Lacked paper products. Overall, we had a great experience for a one-night sleepover for our 16-year-old daughter. Host was responsive and helpful.

Large, cute space, terrible communication and not enough amenities
There is plenty of space for 9 yet the owner told us the day of check in we could only park one car. Parking on the street in this transitional neighborhood would not be a good idea. I asked numerous times about late check in and received replies but they didn't address the question. House was freezing and there was no book to explain how to use thermostat so I called homeowner and he never returned my call. One potholder and only 6 coffee cups, no paper towels. I think the owner is new at this
