The staff was very polite and courteous. My room did not look like the pictures at all. The room smelled, the appliances need to be updated, the floor in my room and the hallway needs a good cleaning. There was nothing mentioned of a deposit needed at check-in.

Stayed for 2 days with my fiancée. Not the best ESA I’ve stayed in, but, not the worst either. Room was comfortable, however, coffee pots are not provided anymore, and you have to request the dishes you need from the front desk. COVID has apparently changed things. Did see a roach on the wall, but, not sure if it was already there or brought in by someone else. Even with the few disappointments, it was a nice stay in OKC for the weekend.

Dirty. Trashy. Not family friendly. More like the place you take a prostitute. The bed were made but the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Stains on the walls and cabinets, and I've seen much cleaner bathrooms at gas stations. There waa a lot of chais at check in with folks coming and going and being loud and rude to the front desk staff. The whole vibe waa sketchy, dirty, and unsafe. We did NOT stay. We sucked up that we were going to get stuck paying twice and found another hotel to stay at.

There were homeless camps across from the hotel. Was given a key and walked in on another person and a large dog that lost it mind on me. The room was old and very dirty. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Trash in hallways etc.

Cabinets and microwave were broken Hab to change rooms Next room had no towels but was slightly cleaner than previous room Room entry door was extremely hard to open and close Deadbolt lock was not lined up correctly and not useable
