Too many things didn't work... key locks on the room and facility didn't work properly. As a result, the back door was left unlocked most of the time. Lights over the sink and tub were out. Some TV functions didn't work. The exercise room was closed during our entire stay due to renovations.

Not great...
Pros: The staff was friendly and we felt safe. The hotel was in a perfect location for what we needed. Also the bathroom in the room was clean, which I was thankful for. The water pressure in the shower was good as well. Cons: The room smelled horribly of dog and the comforter on the bed was filthy, as was the carpet. We immediately put the comforter in the floor and asked for clean blankets, which they provided. The room felt very humid, to where you just felt sticky even though the AC was set to a comfortable temperature. Had we needed to stay for more than just a very quick overnight, I would have asked to move or possibly even changed hotels, but we really did not have time. The bed was very uncomfortable as well.
