Arrived and the property office had been flooded. Room hadn't been properly vacuumed, stains on the bedding, hallways had an odor of mold/wet dog, exterior door in the stairway wouldn't fully close, roach in the room during my stay and to top it all off, the fire alarm went off at 4:00 am for several minutes due to a power surge which also caused the A/C to go out. I have stayed here many times in the past (primarily due to cost and location), but I will not be returning.

The property is decent for its age and for the price. Not the most welcoming front desk clerk and not a speedy check in process. I was told they wouldn't honor my reservation until they received payment from Expedia, which sometimes takes several hours. I would have left at this point, but I had a non refundable room and didn't want to lose money. Fortunately, payment arrived while I was checking in, and was within 30 minutes of when I made my reservation. Our room looked clean overall, but the floors were nasty, leaving black stains on my socks. Our room was quiet, but it had a very weird vibe. Probably won't stay here again.

Once I got there they refused my bank card that I have used for every booking I have made on Expedia. They accepted the payment for the reservation, only to refuse the card once I arrived. So I had to cancel this room and book another hotel. I was waiting for my refund that I was told by the guest clerk that night I would get. I'm still waiting for my refund. However today 7/31/24, I was informed by Expedia the hotel would no longer refund me and could not provide any reason as to why. This is unacceptable and I cannot provide a review as I did not stay there, muchless their poor business decision in keeping funds that don't belong to them.

Well, when I got there, they said that they had rooms and they didn’t. I had to wait 30 minutes for the girl to show up to help me because she was outside somewhere very inconsiderate since I was driving 16 hours I needed to rest for a couple hours beta reservation they said they had the room then when I get there, she said we don’t have any rooms and you can’t check in until 4 PM After I talk to an actual person and said that was fine if I checked in, they lied very irresponsible, disrespectful, and then have no compassion for a person that clearly if you didn’t have any rooms, you could refund their money, but they chose not to.

Price is unbeatable for the rooms
This was a amazing hotel for the price, truly unbeatable! The front desk had recently caught fire and had water damage so it had a little bit of a bad smell but the room was great. The bathroom was very spacious, had plenty of hot water for long showers, the bed was very comfortable, and my dog had plenty of different spots to walk. Was fairly quiet during the afternoons and nights.

I enjoyed the room. When I arrived I was not given any instructions as to where things were in the building. My biggest complaint was there was a hole in the hallway covered by the carpet and ONLY ONE ELEVATOR. For those of us that are disabled this was definitely a negative. The staff was mostly friendly. Some had a off put demeanor making it uncomfortable to ask questions
