Free parking is provided on driveway and a nearby parking area........We welcome long term guests... (14+ nights) Individuals, Company workers, and traveling nurses.....Common areas are on 1st level. The property is 5 minutes away from Walmart, Target, Sam's, Costco, Quail spring Mall, Main Event, Top Golf, Many new eateries, entertainment, St. Anthony and Mercy Hospitals, etc.......
24 hour notice for non-resident to sleepovers, which cannot exceed a 2 night stay. .Kitchen stocked with extras, and has new appliances......
We have other nearby rental houses available for other visiting family members....
