Terrible hotel. Started off without the type of room I booked and paid for. Restaurant was never open. Homeless were just wandering in and bathing in the indoor pool. Locks were broken on all 3 rooms I switched to when they weren’t clean. Stayed 6 days and the police were there 5 days that dealing with druggies.

Room 204 AC did not work well. The room was 70°F the whole time and was a little bit too warm. We had changed the thermostat and still nothing changed. I had used a “complimentary room upgrade” card that I had received from our previous stay.

First it was getting keys to an occupied room. 2nd room sink calking had mold and gunk, while separating from faucet base, and thin coat of more caulking in some areas.. Shower door was a fight! Just to open to more filth. Dust and dirt everywhere. The conditions thruout room is horrific. Patchwork on decaying walls, ceiling, had to have been done by a 5 yr old. Mini fridge was sticking out from a under random counter. I pushed it back in place, and regretted it. Dirt and garbage under it was nauseating. Haven for drug addicts and the homeless. Same kind of owners, only care about cash, clueless about keeping property up to standards, or don't care? Its their norm

The property is as good as I can be with updates to lobby. Rooms are clean but have many broken items. This property is by the airport, not by Bricktown. Pros: cheap, clean, free parking, breakfast and airport shuttle.

This is a huge hotel but it didn’t look like it from the outside. Just a few housekeeping items, like light bulbs out, clock didn’t work, a smoke alarm was chirping down the hall and the phone was constantly flashing red would have made this a better review. The bed wasn’t the best. Pretty lumpy and broken down toward the middle. It was a king. We tried this place because of the cheap rate for one night. The manager also told us to park by office since the lighting was bad in other areas.
