We loved this hotel! The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. The pool area is really nice for the kids and there is a grill and firepit outside. We utilized all of it and really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was quiet, clean, safe. We did have to drive everywhere- nothing close enough to walk to besides a McDonald's (don't bother stopping there- unless you have about 20 minutes to wait for your food). There is not an elevator, so make sure to ask for a ground floor if you have trouble with stairs, wish I would have known that. The cost is insane - but I think that's normal for Okoboji during the summer. Other than that- it was a pretty nice stay. And easy to get to - easy parking- friendly staff. There is a nice pool- we didn't' have time to visit that though...too much to do in Okoboji!

Property was extremely clean. Ever since Covid, my wife uses alcohol wipes to clean floors and countertops. A lot of hotels are not clean, and wipes come back very dirty. Americinn was very clean. Breakfast was excellent.
