"For the price, I can not think of any hotel/inn that offers what Blackfoot does. We booked a standard queen room, and the room size was incredible! There was plenty of room to walk around without tripping or having to move furniture. The large-screen HDTV was a great surprise in comparison to other local hotels in the Calgary area. Both beds were newer and plush but firm which provided a good restful sleep. Geat value "

"This is the second year that we have stayed with the Deerfoot Inn because it is central to the family activities that we participate in over the Christmas holidays. I find the staff to be warm, friendly, genuine, well-trained, responsive to special requests for service, even though the hotel is somewhat short-staffed over the Christmas holidays. In addition, staff are tolerant and supportive of elderly clients special needs and overall very helpful. The one request I would make is that a comfortable padded lounge chair be placed in the family rooms which, until now, have only contained utilitarian "kitchen chairs" that are definitely not designed to relax in. Had that kind of chair been available in our family room, it definitely would've enhanced our enjoyment of our occupancy."
