"The property had good amenities. There was a water park, restaurants, outdoor self BBQ, Basket Robbins, Starbucks, and there were other restaurants walking distance to the hotel. Our room was spacious with incredible views. We stayed in the Gold Suite. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. However, there was a musty smell maybe due to the rain. "The staff has great communication and is very accommodating. I told them I was checking in late and they sent me the information needed to access my room and other directions. Housekeeping was good and left everything that I needed since we woke up after cleaning hours. Blanket was very comfortable and room was in good order. "We had a family trip this time bit there’s not enough towels(No shower towels) and there’s bad smell when I enter the room. Lobby areas are clean and nice and easy to access beach(No swimming allowed). We doesn’t have enough time to enjoy all other facility this time.
