Great location! Only 12 minute walk from the famous shopping (local food as well!) Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi-suk Shopping street. We were on a 14 day vacation visiting Japan and Taiwan, so having a washer and dryer in the room was a huge plus! Room was very large, we had a 3 in our party, but room could have had slept up to 6 (although luggage room would be tight with that many people, but for a party of 3 it was perfect. Smart TV allowed us to sync to our favorite streaming apps (Netflix, prime) but also beat that you could watch local shows like anime on the smart tv. Room was spectacularly clean! No dirt, mold of any kind (you’ll find that the Japanese culture is very high on hygiene, like the use of bidets and no public trash cans) Having a refrigerator and microwave was nice to reheat food from the previous night and having cold water bottles. The room we stayed in had the toilet separated from the shower which was nice when everyone is trying to get ready in the mornings. Great place to stay and will stay again when back in Osaka. Hope this helps!

Our unit was spacious and clean. Enough space to park a stroller, leave 2 large suicases open and still have space to walk. The unit came with a kitchenette and a washer/dryer. It was perfect for our family of 3 with a young child. Lawsons is right next door and there ate 2 grocery stores across the street with one of them being open 24 hours! The train station is also very close so we would definitely return to this hotel!
