This is definitely not a four star property. At most 3 stars. Rooms are very small. Very easy to hear noises from adjacent rooms. Nice location, very close to subways and Ueno Park.

This was the best hotel we have stayed in. The service was outstanding, they knew our names pretty much everywhere on property and Kumiko the concierge was so accommodating and professional. The food and service was also exceptional

Very nice property for affordable pricing! It is a walk from train station to train station, but there is a street of restaurants just 5-7 minute walk away from the hotel once you go on the main road. It is tucked away, so you do have to walk more around but it’s still a very nice hotel with nice rooms and good room cleaning service. The hotel staff is also very nice too!
