Front desk is not staffed 7x24, but they ordered us a cab for non-staffed hours, and it arrived right on time. Very neat and clean. Trendy contemporary decor. We would go there again. There is dining nearby, but it is better about a 10 minute walk to the old city"

"For anybody thinking that this will be a 'charming' rustic experience - please reconsider! We were unable to stay here - the place was musty and dark with poor cooking facilities and a layout that didnt work for us - the terrace was unusable due to mosquitoes and we couldnt open windows to air it out for same reason. We are used to camping and would prefer a tent to this accommodation. At 200 Euros a night it is hardly BUDGET - and fell well below our expectations. We didnt even last 15 minutes...

"The stay at this apartment was very nice. Meeting Jose was helpful with information and the location is in old town which is also nice and charming. All the amenities were there and Jose shared with us all the places to go and being a great host. Everything was explained and he was nice. Location is ideal - everything in walking distance!"

The perfectly clean house provides everything we needed during 9 days for a comfortable stay, especially as we prepared our own meals. It is hard to name all but wanted to thank Luz for her big smile and attentiveness each morning during breakfast. She picked up on my husband’s birthday and the hotel arranged a birthday greeting and a gift that was left in our room. The breakfast is a treat. The room is spacious and well equipped. The bathroom with rain shower is a delight and separate WC is ideal. The king bed was very comfortable. The location is ideal, as located close to public transport, walkable to nearly everything, and on the river Nervion. Behind the hotel is Abando with the museums and across the bridge is Casco Viejo (old town). A wonderful location. "

"Very nice room. It was spacious with plenty of room to unpack and not feel cramped. It was a suite (Room 225) with a sitting area, bedroom and bathroom. It was perfect for our stay of a couple days.
