"Very convoluted process of paying the cleaning fee. They do not provide the address nor details on how to check in before you pay the cleaning fee but the only way to pay the fee is through internal Romanian bank transfer. Good thing I had a Romanian friend who made the transfer otherwise there were no means to make the payment. Also it was a bit dirty including hair in the bed sheets "

"Because I arrive late to the hotel, I requested from my friend to check me in with my Id and booking details before I arrive and he got my key in the evening, because reception doesn’t work late. When I reached and get in to my room for the first time at midnight, I saw that the room is completely dirty and has some stuff around, the bathroom lights were on. "Rubbish pillows, gave my hair a bad smell, one pillowcase yellow dirt, cheap quality beddings, entire room, even clean, had a persistent cigarette smoke smell. even with opened window I've barely been able to breathe. The quality of room not reflected in the price. Waking up early in the morning I could't wait to leave. I would;ve said a fair price woud be no more than £10."
