"We stayed at Porto Istana for 10 days and it was an outstanding experience. The home is well appointed with everything you will need for your stay. The pool area, BBQ and outside living space is absolutely perfect…not to mention the VIEWS! It is possible to walk to the beach - a bit of a distance but we did it many days. There is a great bar called Geko that serves cocktails and great pizza / lunch. You will not go wrong choosing this home!"

"Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans ce logement au rapport/ qualité prix raisonnable en Sardaigne. Belle maison en pierre dans un petit lotissement. Maison spacieuse. Bonne literie. Petite cours et Quelque points à améliorer / à savoir : * les voisins au dessus ont été très bruyants… ou alors il n’y a pas d’isolation entre notre plafond et l’étape car on entendait beaucoup de bruit. * Manque un peu d’équipement en cuisine pour un confort optimal (micro-ondes, verre limité, bouilloire,...

"We had a fantastic time!!!!! Villa is amazing, there is everything one may need. The best equipped kitchen we have ever experienced. Great outside area, plenty of sunny and shady places. Great size pool. I gave location 4 stars …..very remote place with no amenities walking distance which is what we expected and was no problem for us just thought I might mention. But for us….we couldn’t fault anything. "

"We had 3 wonderful nights at Patrizia’s nice home. The house is comfortable, exceptionally clean, in a quiet safe location and has all the necessities needed. There are nearby beaches, a convenient market and an excellent bakery minutes away. The location is also a good base for day trips to other amazing places in Northeast Sardinia. Patrizia is a consummate host, whose warm welcome, suggestions and availability made it an extra special stay. We hope to return."

"Uns hat die Wohnung gut gefallen. Terrasse schön groß, bequeme Betten. Leider ist ab Anfang Oktober der Pool geschlossen und WLAN gibt es nur in zwei öffentlichen Bereichen auf dem Gelände. Küche ist klein und nicht besonders gut ausgestattet. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, Parkplatz auf dem Gelände."

"Der Aufenthalt war super, das Objekt ist sauber allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch ist die Ordnung auf dem Grundstück so mittelmäßig. Die Müllentsorgung war ein echtes Problem, weil diese nicht von der Gemeinde in den vom Vermieter vorgegebenen Zeiten abgeholt wurde. Am Ende hat man dann noch versucht uns 100 € Deposit einzubehalten, weil der Müll logischerweise nicht komplett abgeholt werden konnte. Nach einem kurzen E-Mail Wechsel war aber auch das vom Tisch und es wurde nichts...

From parking the car, there is good few steps up to the chalet and it's fantastic position overlooking the most spectacular sea and mountain views. Well set, with good privacy over 4 terraces, it has good facilities and easy access to many good restaurants and beaches etc. Overall a lovely place, less than half an hour from Olbia...
