A ton of great dining options nearby, some walkable. Not too far from the beach. Indoor pool attached to the hotel was nice.

"A gentleman named Mario was the one who cleaned our room for 3 days. Very satisfied. Always had the correct number of towels ,hand towels and wash clothes and always made sure to sweep our carpet and bathroom floor of all the sand from the night prior we drug into the room. All around great staff and area. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Rehoboth Beach area. Very Close to Wawa as well "
"this was such an incredible choice! this was a couples beach trip and my partner and i (queer and trans POC) flet incredibly safe, welcome and joyous staying at the homestead. the rooms were quiant but everything needded for a little vacation. We breakfast-ed on the porch each morning and recieved white table cloth service. food was delicous, timely, and Joe and David (names?) were excelent and kind. they had extra beach towles and chairs for use and the pool was stocked beautifully with large towels. We ended up staying in at the guest house to watch a movie in their cozy cabin area and it was such a treat to have a nice spot to relax outside of the room. cannot wait to come back!"
