Good position on the piste, but rather tired and limited facilities. Good Wi-Fi and adequate food given that we were the only residents at the end of the season.

Nice hotel in a good location. We were B&B, breakfast had a good selection, however food was warm, not hot and baked beans were stone cold most mornings. As we were B&B we decided we would pay and try dinner one night. We were glad that we hadn’t selected this option. Again the food was warm at best and variably not worth the €35 pp we had to pay for the experience. In summary, nice hotel, service and staff were good, food needs improving.

This was our second visit to Kaya. It won't be our last. The staff were incredible. The location is breathtaking and the access to the 3 Valleys is perfect. Facilities ticked every box. Really nice pool, steam room and sauna. the breakfast filled us up for a long day on the mountains. The evening meals weren't the best value compared to nearby restaurants but were still delicious. This place is an absolute winner.

Lovely Alpine hotel. Amazing skiing after a 24” snowfall ❄️. Rooms are small but have adequate storage allowing you to stow your bags to free up floor space. Bar, restaurant and petite dejeuner were necessary as there are few restaurants in the immediate area. The food in the restaurants was well prepared and servers attentive. Everyone working at the hotel was helpful and friendly.
