"It was fabulous. The view from our room (designated sea view) was breathtaking. Service was great, Vokmin went out of his way to make our stay great, arranging a last- minute early check-in by prioritizing room cleaning when our bus arrived way early. "I showed up during the correct check out window in my booking and I was informed that my hotel room “was no longer available”. They said they tried to call me, but I did not receive any calls.
