We only stayed overnight. Everyone slept well and had no complaints about the mattresses. I slept on the pull-out bed and it was just fine.
There was a full gallon of drinking water in the fridge which came in handy for coffee the next morning. I believe the place is on well water so there was a slight sulfur smell to the water.
We weren't there long enough to cook, but the kitchen is fully equipped. There were even 3 cast iron skillets.
I really appreciated the fact that there was no flowery, perfumy, scents from air fresheners or cleaning supplies. My husband is extremely sensitive to artificial smells. They can give me a slight headache, but he's truly allergic.
The place was clean and comfortable. The furniture is solid, not worn out in any way.
There was only one roll of toilet paper with very little on it. I contacted the owner and the property managers brought some over very quickly. The owner was very communicative and accommodating from start to finish.
