"Hotel was exactly what we needed, central, next to a car park with a family room with plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. Room was clean, functional, cool. Only minor issue was the shower door was broken and would not close, it was late when we returned to the room after a day exploring Antwerp so just had quick showers and baths not to flood the room. "Once you understand the lobby is actually on the top floor for a reason (great view and upper patio all attached to the lobby and bar) it makes sense. Entrance to the hotel is by buzzer. Once I saw a strange woman buzzed in to simply use the lobby washroom… it was 5:45am so she was out all night which didn’t give the impression of much safety. "

I received instructions the day we arrived on how to access the room as we were going to arrive after 8pm, so not sure if we had arrived earlier if that would have been different. We didn’t order breakfast but I understand it arrives by basket and is left outside. Nice room/apartment set back from Sint Paulusplaats. Easy to find from Antwerpen Centraal Station. We took trams 10 and 7 with a change at Nationale Bank. Close to bars...
