"The service at this hotel was excellent!! We had forgotten our passports in Hvar and it was an stress-free experience getting them back thanks to Katja. She was also amazing at letting us know about the area. Bruno escorted us at 5 am with our luggage to an Uber outside the old town walls and waited with us until it arrived. Service like this is what makes you want to come back. Tremendous."
