Overall it was good but I did not like the bathroom and the room was small

The hotel is in an amazing location, and the staff were amazing too. The views are incredible. However, the room was poorly maintained. The carpets were very stained, the smell in the rooms was very strong like BO, or sewage. The sofa was dirty, so we could not use it as a third bed, and the water was coming out of the shower. It is a shame because the shower was so good. And they cleaned the bathrooms well, The air in the halls was very stale. The shower products were nice. I do hope that the hotel invest in renovation of the rooms. And removes all the carpets, because it is so worth it. By far all the staff is the best asset of the hotel.

Lovely hotel, perfectly located. We wanted to walk wherever we wanted to go. The location of the hotel allowed us to do that. The room was very spacious and clean. The glass of champagne for happy hour was a nice touch. The rooftop bar was very agreeable. Would definitely go back and recommend to others.

The location is great, nothing can beat it. There are a few things that I didn’t appreciate but that is personal taste- the music in the lobby is so loud at all times and sounds very badly. Probably the speaker system isn’t great. The rooms are small but nice enough. There was a surprise when we checked in and had to pay an additional £280 dollars for “free” water and juices. No one can drink that much in 3 days. It was stated at booking times that there will be some additional fees but no explanation.
