"Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is too much! -Maximum 3 hours in the pool area? Come on! This sounds negative, but all in all it was a very nice place!"

"Nette kleine Wohnung, aber es fehlen eine Abtropfgelegenheit für Geschirr und ein richtiger Wäscheständer. Bei 3 gebuchten Wäschepaketen gibts nur ein Geschirrtuch. Die Wohnung liegt in einem riesigen Plattenbau und man schaut auf ein stillgelegtes, runtergekommenes Freizeitgelände, das von kreischenden Möwen bevölkert wird. Strand ist gut, aber Umgebung trist."

"Leider konnte ich den Urlaub nicht geniessen, weil ich erkrankt bin und sogar eine Woche der Buchungszeit im KH war. Meiner Partnerin war es dann allein zu unheimlich dort und sie reiste vorzeitig ab. Das hat aber nichts mit der Qualität der Unterkunft zu tun, sondern ist allein den persönlichen Umständen geschuldet. Fazit: wäre ich nicht erkrankt, hätte das ein Traumurlaub sein können!"

"Die Wohnung, die Lage und die Umgebung sind sehr schön da gibt es Nix zu kritisieren Jedoch sollten die elektrischen Geräte, die wohl ihre Jahre auf dem Buckel haben, einmal ausgetauscht werden. Auch die Dusche könnte mehr Gründlichkeit bei der Reinigung vertragen genauso wie die Gläser. Die Beschreibung, was Handtücher und Bettwäsche angeht, müsste aktualisiert werden.Toilettenpapier Rolle und Spülmittel würden der Wohnung auch nicht schlecht stehen Das sind aber auch schon die einzigen...
