"Had an excellent stay at PortoBay Falésia. The staff were wonderful, the food was great so was our room/ view. The hotel has many amenities & activities to do but one that was very convenient for us was that the beach was a short walk away, with that you experience the most beautiful scenery of the mountains whilst walking towards it."

"This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! After trying to find a safe, clean, and quiet hotel for a relaxing trip to Algarve- this was the perfect spot! The hotel front desk staff were super friendly, and went above and beyond with a warm welcome when we arrived late on the first night. The nightly events were fun, and the free buffet breakfast was great. The design and furniture was lovely, and our room was spacious and clean!"

"We had a two bedroom suite at the Residences. Hotel is beautiful but it is very spread out. To go to beach and main hotel building you need to take a shuttle which you may need to wait for 15-20 minutes. For a 5 star resort service was a bit spotty. We had a mishap at breakfast- was told we can do a la cart instead of buffet but ended up waiting for 1 hour to get eggs which was ridiculous. This hotel is also outside of Albufeira so location is not super convenient - you have to drive to town. "

"Brilliant place for some October sun with great staff, good pool, stunning cliffs and beach, plus fresh gluten free buffet options daily. Only a 10min walk to a very well stocked local supermarket and many excellent local restaurants in Olhos dÁgua. The apartment was clean and spacious, and although a complimentary bottle of water was provided, it could do with a cafetiere/coffee machine (especially as complimentary tea, coffee, oil and salt/pepper is not provided). "Well located, within 5-10 minutes walk from beach and good restaurants. It was I portant for us to have a living area sépara from the bedroom and this fit the bill perfectly. We thought it was reasonably priced "
