This beautiful villa in Oliva, Valencia rests close to the Spanish coast and offers a splendid beach vacation. This place is ideal for a family with children or a group. In the main building of the Oliva Nova resort you will find a complete wellness center with indoor swimming pool and sauna. The holiday villa is perfect for a coastal vacation as it is at walking distance from the sea. If you want to try local cuisines or get your daily essentials at the supermarket, then you only need to travel 0.5 km. Major attractions include the City of Arts and Sciences, Central Market, and L'Oceanogràfic. The villa features a kitchen with a coffee machine, dishwasher, and microwave to prepare meals of your choice. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned for comfort in the sultry summers. You can enjoy a sizzling platter of barbecue with a glass of wine later. You have a balcony to start your day with a hot coffee cup and sunshine. The carport is on-site.

Der Schlüssel war leicht zu sammeln, obwohl das Büro geschlossen war. Gute Kommunikation dazu. Das Haus hat eine fantastische Atmosphäre und ist sehr geräumig. Es liegt in einer wunderschönen Feriengegend. Der Pool war gut gepflegt und sauber. Wir genossen offenes Feuer, Grillen und die Terrassen im Erdgeschoss und im Obergeschoss. Der Garten ist wunderschön mit hohen Palmen angelegt.

Schönes Haus, viel Platz und auch in der Nähe des Meeres. Sehr gepflegter Garten mit schönem Pool und vielen Sonnenliegen. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Fun-Umgebung, auf den einer Seite das Meer mit schönen Städten so. Javéa und auf der anderen Seite der Berge. Minuses des Hauses über den Türen knarren riesig, wenn jemand alle bis in die Nacht auf die Toilette musste. Und die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer (oben) machte es klingen, als ob gehetzt. Das konnten wir nicht in der Nacht verlassen. Auf die Nachricht, die an den Manager taten wir haben leider keine Aktion auf der Stelle ..

Ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetenes Haus . Es fehlen leider große Sonnenschirme am Pool. Ab umd zu gibt es auch störendes Straßen und Nachbachschaftslärm.
