"This apartment is wonderful. It is clean, has neutral (but not impersonal) decor and has everything you need. All details are well thought out and there is not one thing too many nor one thing too little. It is centrally located and the owner was very pleasant and easy to deal with. "Sehr schöne Wohnung in historischem Fachwerkhaus in zentralster Lage am Dom. Wer allerdings eine ruhige Bleibe sucht, ist hier falsch. Die Straßenbahn fährt direkt am Haus vorbei, was auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern lärmempfindlichen Menschen den Schlaf rauben kann. Weiterhin ist die Anreise mit dem Auto eher schwierig. "Schönes Ferienhaus für den kurzen Aufenthalt zu Zweit. Alles vorhanden was man für diese Zeit benötigt. Ideal für Paare die den Vorteil von zwei Duschen/WC nicht missen wollen. Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und durchdacht. Der Vermieter hat fast alles für "vergessliche" in Vorlage bereitgestellt. Wlan wird auch bereit gestellt. In unserem Fall war das gut da das Mobile Netz sehr schwach an diesem Standort ist. Uns hat der überdachte Balkon besonders gefallen. Das Geläut der Kirche nebenan stört...

"Loved my apartment the steep stairs were a challenge for me. The lock on the double doors for the hall leading to my apartment was very very difficult to unlock and caused a lot of frustration and needs attention .Steffen was very kind and came to my aid when my taxi dropped me off in the wrong place and carried my bag up the stairs and arranged a taxi for me when I left.The trams are great to get around on and I loved the city with its lovely old buildings in Erfurt."

"Die Wohnung ist wie das ganze Haus frisch renoviert und schön eingerichtet. Es hat alles was man braucht und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Eine Frage von uns wurde telefonisch rasch abgeklärt. Schön wäre es lediglich gewesen, wenn die Wohnung vorgeheizt gewesen wäre, es dauerte bis es warm war. Falls man gerne nicht so flach liegt, empfehlen wir, eigene Kissen mitzunehmen."
